Thomas Pitrone, CFP, AIF, joined Pelorus Financial Group in 2018. Tom established his company, The Integrity Group, in 1983 and has spent decades building a prudent financial services business. He specializes in estate and business succession planning, employer plan management, and tax/retirement planning.
With years of diverse industry-related training and experience, Tom adds to the Pelorus Financial Group a wealth of knowledge and aptitude. He holds Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), series 7, series 63, and series 65 registrations. He has testified before the U. S. Congress and both the Ohio House and Senate on Taxation and Health Care issues on behalf of small business.
He has served on the Board of the National Small Business Association and was a delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1994. He served as Chair of the Ohio Small Business Council and a member of the board of the Ohio Chamber. In 2009, Tom was recognized as the Small Business Advocate of the Year by the NSBA.*
Tom and his wife, Kate, have six children and nine grandchildren. They feel very blessed to have close relationship with all their children, and host weekly Sunday dinners for everyone who is available to attend. He is dedicated to his church, numerous community and professional organizations, and is an advocate for the arts.
